Camilla's selection of jewels is visibly an obvious tribute to the Irish culture.
The trefoil turquoise brooch is an obvious reminder of Saint Patrick's trefoil, the well-known Irish emblem:

The unknown oval brooch that Camilla wore later on several occasions during the royal visit to the Republic of Ireland and to Ulster looks like a "Claddagh" brooch. The "Claddagh" (from a similarly-named village in Western Ireland) is a traditional Irish symbol, depicting two hands forming a circle, holding a crowned heart. It is a symbol of love (the heart), friendship (the joined hands) and loyalty (the crown): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claddagh_ring The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall precisely visited the village of Claddagh on May 19. As this brooch was never seen on Camilla earlier, I guess that the brooch was presented by the Claddagh Municipality (though it has still to be confirmed, as this is only speculation from me).

Camilla also wore her newest pearl choker, with a sapphire clasp, during a reception and concert at Hillsborough Castle on May 21st in Belfast. It was seen for the first time a few months ago:
