The link you have posted show the diamond watch and matching bracelet set which the Queen Mother received as a wedding present, these are all diamonds with no sapphires.
It is perfectly possible that Mrs Greville gave the then Queen a Elizabeth a gift of pearls - I have never heard or read this, nor seen photographs of the late Queen Elizabeth wearing anything other than royal heirloom pearls prior to 1947.
