Grand-Duchess Maria-Teresa and Princess Alexandra (as well as the Grand-Duke and his sons) wear the orange sash (with two thin dark blue stripes at the edges) of the Order of the Gold Lion of the House of Nassau:

Hereditary Grand-Duchess Stéphanie, Princess Claire and Princess Tessy wear the blue sash with yellow edges of the Civil and Military Order of Merit of Adolph of Nassau:

The difference between the ladies is that Maria-Teresa and Alexandra are the Grand-Duke's wife and daughter (Grand-Duchess Consort and Princess of Nassau by birth), whereas Stéphanie, Claire and Tessy are "only" the in-laws (Princesses of Nassau by marriage)...

According to the Wikipedia articles linked above:
    - the princes (sons and brothers of the heads of the two lines of the House of Nassau, i.e. Luxembourg and the Netherlands) are born knights of the order. In 1984, Queen Beatrix and Grand Duke Jean made an agreement that princesses (daughters of the Heads of the House of Nassau) receive the order at majority age (18). Princess Alexandra of Luxembourg received hers on her 18th birthday on 16 February 2009. And now that King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands is the head of the Dutch branch, his daughters Catharina-Amalia, Princess of Orange, Princess Alexia of the Netherlands and Princess Ariane of the Netherlands are also entitled to receive it on their 18th birthday.
    - by statute of the Civil and Military Order of Merit of Adolph of Nassau, princes and princesses of the Grand-Ducal House of Luxembourg are Grand Crosses of the Order by birth, but they don't wear the order decoration until they are 18 years old.
