The small brooch with two pearls that you have posted a picture of in your previous post (worn by Queen Silvia in 1977 at a ball of the Order of Amaranth) is different from the one in your first post (banquet for the Estonian State visit). Queen Sivia wore it a few times (quite rarely, though), like for this State visit to Italy in March 2009:
The small brooch worn during the Estonian State visit was rarely seen. I had spotted for the first time in April 2009 during a State visit of the Swedish royal couple to the Netherlands. Crown Princess Victoria has also worn it.
I think that, like most of the other pearl brooches in the Swedish royal collection, this brooch could come from Victoria of Baden, wife of King Gustaf V. Here is a picture of Louise of Prussia, Grand-Duchess of Baden, and mother of Queen Victoria, with a brooch pinned on her collar which looks to be the same as the one worn by Queen Silvia:
