Thanks Joye. That bit of information helped in that I could find some other pictures of the day.
HM is wearing the Cullinan V brooch at the opening of The Swan Theatre on Nov 13, 1986 as can be seen in these photos.
All of these photos were from the same source, an archive photo gallery from the Coventry Telegraph which identifies them as relating to this event.
The last photo is the one Joye posted and I am the first to acknowledge that I would not have guessed Cullinan V given this side angle presented in this photo but the background does look to be at the theatre with various framed posters on the walls etc.
