I am not one usually to make comments on other posters, rather to bite my tongue and say nothing.
But it seems there is a growing trend by some newish posters to make positive statements that a brooch - for eg - is such and such - only later to apologise for being incorrect. My thought is to ask maybe what it is - rather than state something positively. This I think leads others to your view and imprints the incorrect info.
