I would also love to see the Scarab necklace again an i agree that it would make a great combination with the rjuby tiara. But i think it would also loom great with the Connaught tiara.
And i certainly hope that we will see the Cameo tiara again in use now that all 3 of the royal children are married. The last time it was worn before the Wedding in 2010 waqs at a STate Visit to Austria in 2007 or 2008.

: I agree it would be lovely to see again the
: Connaught Scarab necklace, which had been so
: frequently worn by Princess Lilian. As far
: as I remember, Princess Lilian, in her will,
: had specifically bequested this necklace to
: Queen Silvia. It would make a very nice
: match, I think, with the Connaught Ruby
: tiara. Maybe both jewels are too
: "small" for the Nobel gala on 10th
: December, but they could be a good choice
: for the Queen for the "day after"
: dinner at the Royal Palace on 11th December.
    :
    : For the Queen, Queen Sofia's Nine-Prong
: tiara or the Leuchtenberg sapphires are the
: most plausible options, but I would be glad
: to see the Queen pick up something less
: expected: the Cameo Parure, or the Amethyst
: set. Or, as I suggested last year, the Baden
: Fringe tiara, but worn as a necklace (Queen
: Victoria wore it that way): it would match
    : perfectly, I think, with the Nine-Prong
: tiara. Anyway, whatever jewels Queen Silvia
: chooses to wear, I am sure she will be
    : stunning!
    :
: For Crown Princess Victoria, I would enjoy
: to see Princess Lilian's Laurel tiara again,
: it is so lovely and suits Victoria very
: well. Or the Connaught diamond tiara. Maybe
: with the (too-rarely seen) sapphire, pearl
: and diamond necklace presented by King
: Gustaf V to Queen Victoria as wedding gift.
: Of course, the best surprise would be to see
: Crown Princess Victoria wear Princess
: Sibylla's Aquamarine Kokoshnik (supposed to
: belong to Princess Margaretha, but which was
: recently seen at least twice on Princess
    : Christina)!
    :
: For Princess Sofia, I hesitate between her
: wedding tiara, and another tiara from the
: Royal collection. The Four-Button tiara
: would look great on her black hair. If she
: opts for her wedding tiara, one of Queen
: Silvia's modern emerald set could be a
: possible stylistic match with this tiara.
