The first image shows HM wearing the brooch presented to her by the British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC) when she launched a plane "Elizabeth of England". Accoprding to Field p. 34 HM wore the brooch/badge of their emblem for some years whenever she flew from London Airport.
Below is a photo of her wearing the same ensemble as in the first photo plus the brooch. HM is leaving from London Airport to meet the Duke in Malta, 20 November 1949.
Unfortunately, the only other photos I could find of HM corresponding to the second photo are too indistinct for me to gauge what she is wearing. The photo was taken during her honeymoon in 1947.
