I think there must be more diamond fringe tiaras than the two you list (Queen Mary fringe and the Q Alexanadre Kokoshnik).
There is the old fringe tiara worn by Queen Alexandra, which is different from the one created by Queen Mary. Nellie once created an interesting panel comparing these two. I don´t know if this tiara is in the Queen´s possession, but it is likely.

There is also a fringe tiara/necklace owned by Princess Victoria and inherited by the late Queen Mother, who as far as I know only wore it as a necklace.

: I contend that the role of monarch is filled

: crown is the crown (and I don't mean the
    : piece of headgear!!)
: Just the way my concepts of these things

    :
: In the past I have enjoyed writing about
: what might become of all these royal items
    : "come the revolution". Let's
: assume it will be a peaceful one without
    : bloodshed.
    :
: The Royal Collection is a definable
: collection held in trust. I contend it will
: stand alone and independent and continue
: along lines similar to museums and such, in
: the hands of trustees. It performs much like
: that now with the Queen as trustee.
    :
: I imagine the heirlooms of the crown and the
: regalia will be absorbed into the Royal
: Collection for practical purposes and for
    : their preservation.
: They are not likely to be allocated to any

: If the revolution is a bloody one then all
