Yesterday, 11th February, the Duchess of Cornwall visited the University of Southampton, where she was awarded an honourary doctorate for her long-time commitment against osteoporosis.
On this occasion, Camilla wore a brooch in the shape of a dragonfly, which I do not remember to have seen before. The wings look as if they are made of diamonds, and I would suggest demantoid garnets for the body of the insect.
Has this brooch ever been seen before?
