New earrings for the Duchess of Cornwall?Archived Message

Today (24th February 2016), Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, visited Islington Central Library, in London, England.
On this occasion, she wore a pair of earrings (visibly made of gold and diamonds) which looks different from her usual "everyday" earrings (a cluster of diamonds, with a round pearl hanging from it).

Another detail I have noticed: the pearl rows of the Duchess's choker seem to be overlapping, as if they had been wrongly fastened to the sapphire and diamond frontal clasp:
