While googling for a diferent jewel I found this pic, totally unknown to me, of Queen Sonia wearing her daughter's gift tiara. The tiara was a gift from the late king Olav to his grandaughter Pss Martha-Louise. Can someone tell me please when was it worn by the Queen and at what ocasion? Are there any other pics from this ocasion? I found this rather strange as she has several tiaras, why borrow such a small one from her daughter. Were the jewels under maintenance (cleaning) perhaps?
I believe the pic was posted at the Royal Forums, but I do not know who posted it so cannot give it credits. If anyone knows please state so.
