The jacket is nice, but the skirt is indeed not flattering. At first sight, I thought it would have been the dress she wore for that 2007 Diamond Wedding Anniversary service. That was horrible as well. Apart from that, she wears a very nice diamond snake necklace, but I don't know why she combines it with that other small chain, if you see closely...
