Beatiful pic of Maria Teresa, thank you. I do hope I am wrong, but it looks like costume jewelry to me. I don't know if the outfit is from Natan, they often have designs incorporating costume jewels (at the wedding of HGD Guillaume GD Maria Teresa wore a Natan dress with a huge costume brooch).
