Forgot I had an old book on the Thai royal family with lots of photo's. This is an old one of Queen Saovabha Pongsri and the caption states the jewels are the emeralds bought in Paris in 1897 by King Chulalongkorn and were formerly Empress Eugenies, it says they were subsequently sold to Cartier
