On the following pictures, which are NOT from the same photosession (the dress, the tiara and the necklace are the same as on the picture posted by Joye, but the earrings are different, whereas the Garter sash can be seen here and not on Joye's picture), we can clearly see that the Queen (by then Princess Elizabeth, Duchess of Edinburgh) wears the County of Cornwall's ruby bracelet. Therefore, I would suggest it is the same bracelet worn on Joye's picture.
I had not noticed that the Cornwall Ruby bracelet's bottom part was a mere bangle, and that only the top half was made of rubies and diamonds.
