I was intrigued to see QEQM wearing what looks like a large diamond brooch holding her tartan sash in place. I have never seen her or any other royal lady wearing this brooch previously. Does any one have any clues about this piece?

This video, at around 35.15, also shows QEQM in Canada wearing the brooch we tried to identify recently.
