I think the corsage brooch might possibly be a different configuration of the Duchess of Gloucester's stomacher, with the top section and the very bottom section. Unfortunately, the details are not clear in the photo. I noticed that Queen Mary is wearing the Duchess of Cambridge's pearl brooch on the right so this photo was taken after the death of the Duchess of Teck when Queen Mary would have been in possession of both jewels.

A detail from the photo in Alyend's link is on the left. A view of the Duchess of Gloucester's stomacher is on the right.

: I've just found this stunning picture of Queen
: Mary (possibly when still Duchess of York):

    : I can recognize that she's wearing:
: -the Warwick sun brooch (later dismantled)
    : as an hair ornament
: -her pearl and diamond choker (now with the
    : Gloucesters)
: -some other pearl strands (one with a
    : pendant drop pearl)
    : -pearl and diamond earrings
    : -various bracelets
: but I can't recognize the corsage brooch
    : she's wearing, I think I've never seen it
: before. It seems to be made with pearls
: (both round and drops) and diamonds.
