To the best of my knowledge Anna Pavlovna left most of her jewels to her two younger children Prince Hendrik and Princess Sophie, grand duchess of Saxony-Weimar-Eisenach.
The sapphires and diamonds went to Hendrik, after his death they were inherited by his elder brother Willem III who used them for new jewels for his young Queen Emma.
Sophie inherited the bulk of her mother's jewels. Unfortunately i've not seen any report on what she inherited and what happened to those pieces.
