I take it that when you say the great tiara on the last row you are referring to the one worn by the lady identified as Princess (Fürstin) Margarete of Löwenstein-Wertheim-Freudenberg. A quick google search unfortunately didn't give any more information about this tiara. However, the Löwenstein-Wertheim-Freudenberg family seems to own another impressive tiara. It was worn by Princess Anastasia at the wedding of Prince Georg Friedrich of Prussia for instance:
