No sapphires, but a necklace of greyish pearls, interspersed with small golden discs (?). I hesitate about the central element: could it be a (huge) grey pearl?
Queen Silvia also wore a pair of diamond hoop earrings, which have been worn regularly by the Swedish royal ladies.
Crown Princess Victoria wore a pair of earrings that she has already worn several times, but only for semi-formal events - so I guess that they are only costume jewellery. Also a (costume?) brooch pinned on the left of her hair, and a diamanté belt.
Princess Sofia wore a (new?) pair of square-shaped drop diamond earrings:
