According to the London Gazette, Princess Alice, Princess Maud and Princess Alexandra rode in the same carriage as Princess Louis of Battenberg (Victoria Milford Haven). So, likely that is the lady sitting between them (although, I don't recognize V. Milford Haven from that picture).

It doesn't provide any clue as to the identity of the fuzzy gentleman. It could be either Prince Alexander of Teck (Earl of Athlone) sitting next to his wife, or Prince Louis of Battenberg (Marquess of Milford Haven) sitting next to his wife. One clue could be that the fuzzy gentleman is wearing an order. Louis Battenberg received the Bath in 1887, whereas Alexander Teck didn't get it until 1957. So, my bet is on Louis Battenberg.
