I can't remember where I have seen the earrings before (they ring a bell). Despite the blue gown is it possible that these are emeralds?

I can't imagine her wearing emerald earrings with a sapphire that size on her shoulder...

This is the first time I've seen the earrings, they look like sapphires and are those diamonds beneath like a fringe?
