Just today, Princess Michael of Kent wore an identical amethyst and diamond brooch, which initially was seen on CP Maxima of Netherlands...and Also Queen Beatrix owns the same one just in citrine color...
Can people look closely in the magazines to see if the designer of this brooch might be identified? It would be great if we pin point the maker

Indeed. Must be the same designer/jeweller. Always found these carved semi-precious flower quite extraordinary.

The first one is also amethyst like the one worn by Princess Michael of Kent. It's just in this photo of Maxima that it looks rather dark.
