They're by Van Cleef & Arpels - see http://www.vancleefarpels.com/jp/en/product/2646/Dragonfly%20clip The Duchess also owns a pair of turquoise Rose de Noel clips made by the same firm http://www.vancleefarpels.com/jp/en/product/3096/Rose%20de%20No%C3%ABl%20clip%2C%20small%20model I thought i had a pic of her wearing them but i can't find it at the moment. She has many gorgeous brooches but doesn't seem to wear them much. Maybe because she doesn't wear a brooch when she wears one of the jeweled pearl clasps in front. Don't know just guessing. I've noticed she opts for lesser jewelry at times when she could be wearing much more substantial pieces - like black tie events.
