The Queen Mother received as a wedding present from King George V and Queen Mary, a 5 stone diamond ring = circled in photo.

The Queen wears on her right hand, a 5 stone diamond ring. Might this have been her mother's wedding gift?

Those are the Duchess of Gloucester's wedding gifts, not the Queen Mother's.
Do we know anything about the pendant brooch on the bottom? It is shown in Roberts on page 113 in the photo of Queen Mary's inventory along with jewels which were mostly wedding gifts.
