Did anyone else notice the large diamond earrings the duchess of Cornwall wore to ascot day 2 are they new ?

I have 3 theory’s on them 1 queen Alexandra wedding earrings tops 2 the have come from a collet necklace or 3 newly bought

Maybe they're a recent gift in connection with her new honor in the Order of the Garter.
