Danish opal tiara

Dear posters…. I need some help…. According the wonderfull site of Ursula, the original tiara and choker is stil complete and is with the French Orléans family now. https://royal-magazin.de/daenemark/denmark-opal-orleans-marie-diadem-tiara-opals-viggo.htm But if the tiara is still complete…. Where did princess Viggo got the opals to create a tiara and necklace? Also….the base of the original tiara was worn by Queen Anne of Roumania in 1980 but could it be the base of the tiara of countess Ruth?

But Ursula’s site mentions and proved with a photo that the Opal tiara is still (complete?) and worn by Princess Chantal of Orleans…. Previous Message The diamond base of the tiara is supposedly still around - but the opals were removed and they were used for Princess Viggo's jewels. latest hd images download

That could be an option, I’m not an expert on jewels so everything can be possible! Although… for me it looks quite strange to re-create a tiara that was from the beginning quite difficult to wear Previous Message I still do not believe the stones in the tiara today - are the original stones. If you look at the photos - the original stones match the tiara last worn by Countess Ruth. What I am saying - is that I think the Orleans family have added some stones to the diamond tiara base.
