I think adca means the brooch The Princess of Wales wore to Westminster Hall. Evidently it was on loan from HM Queen Elizabeth II. Its a loan from QEII She has worn it 3 times now. Wearing the brooch now after the Queen's death maybe she received it as a gift from the late Queen, or maybe she has been allowed by the new King to borrow it again (as I suspect he will inherit many of the jewels that were in Queen Elizabeth II's possession). I like to think that the three large pearls represents the Princess' three children who were too young to take part in the ceremony at Westminster Palace (which by the way was a very moving ceremony and also the procession from Buckingham Palace to Westminster).
