Yesterday's steady light rain spiked the upper Rogue's flow. The water color is fishable, but we haven't seen the water at this level for a little while. One might have to poke around a little bit to find a fish with the fly rod. I encountered plenty of mud puddles on todays jaunt to a couple likely stretches of the Rogue. Only rewarded with one grab though...

Here is a graph for a look at that spike in the flow. I didn't realize it was so large. I might have altered my plans. Good news is that the flow is coming back down with the passing of the weather system:
