Update, upper Rogue River latter February. They are there. Lost a whole flyline to a stubborn winter steelhead today. The rain has brought the water up just a little. The water color is good. The rain promises to continue falling this week, but with nothing to heavy. Anddddddd....the fish are moving up! Fish on....
