Instead of crisp, clear late September conditions the Rogue Valley remains smokey and hot for the weekend. The smoke is coming from forest fires in Douglas County. The local fires are under control and their smoke effect is neiglible. However the current air quality conditions have mandated air quality warnings. The air quality in the Rogue Valley remains Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups according to the DEC. I can agree!
