We're all getting old.
I remember the on-going joke about Phil's people column in "Broadcaster" magazine back in the day.
It was rumoured that as long as you kept your name out of his column, your days in broadcasting WEREN'T numbered.
Speaking of first records played on the air, I'm sure DM remembers his and probably most who started out as dj's can say the same.
Mine was Freddy Cannon's "Palisades Park."
I'd already been working at CKOV for about a year doing a taped high school news show before I got my first chance to really be "on the air."
