Speaking of early rock and roll, could one get Alan Freed's program on WJW-Cleveland in Toronto in the early 50's? Obviously, some parts of Southern Ontario could get it.(the Band's Moondog Matinee attests to that.).
I assume that when he moved to NYC in the mid 50's, WINS frequency (1010) precluded much of a listenership in Toronto
