Come'on .. There's enough catering to the 35+ market
as lucrative as it is ..
And my point is, in 2008, the core market with a hankering for a a "real All the Way CHR with some attitude" is no less 35+--only, they're the propeller-heads who think/wish they're still under 25, yet real under-25s who have minimal use for cornball "old radio" think they're weirdos.
"Kiss92 CISS was a decent CHR"--how long ago was that, now? Consider the changes in technology and culture and the consumption thereof that've happened since...
