Scrutinizing 'throttling' is just one aspect. And traffic-shaping has been happening if one wants to view certain political sites.
On the other hand; if the crtc has its way... they could restrict access to certain sites; and impose "Can-con" requirements as well.
I don't need Big Brother to tell me what I can and cannot do. Radio-wise, I'm lucky to live close enough to the border, so I can punch the dial whenever I hear yet another overplayed can-con song on what the crtc has decreed passes as broadcast radio in southern Ontario.
