Nothing should keep you from switching to satellite. When I bought my large screen HD TV several years ago, it only amplified the sh**iness of Roger's signal. Having "heard" about the quality of the US satellite signal I switched to Expressvu. I've had it for several years now and apart from one or two electrical storms every summer, it is superior in every way...signal, quality and considerably cheaper. And no, I don't work for Bell.
