Here's my question....why do TV news programs show traffic reports? If you're watching TV you're not on the road [well most people...then there's those clowns with TVs on their dashboards...but I digress]
I understand the early-morning rush hour thing 'cos commuters can plan their drive in to work...but on the way home? Who's watching TV before heading HOME from work?
Or at 11 PM?
