How will Bill Carroll spin how he got bounced from mornings at CFRB?
1. I'm doing this for my family. A 9 A.M. start gives me more quality time with everyone at the homestead.
2. Have you seen the opportunity for new commercial tie-ins at a later time in the day? I'll get to take over ALL of the Motts' home improvement accounts PLUS there's a couple of jewelry acounts I haven't nabbed yet.
3. Doing mid-mornings gives me more time to hang with my CFRB co-workers who just didn't see enough of me on early mornings. We will bond more.
4. Doing mid-mornings gives me time to advise Mike Benedixon on PD-related matters. Give him a few guidelines from what I learned over at 640.
5. I realized I had learned everything I needed to know from being an early morning host.
6. I didn't feel I could give another 5 years on the job doing early mornings on the air. No disrespect to Andy Barrie or Don Daynard.
7. Who the hell listens to the morning show on a radio station?
8. Let's face it 'RB ain't what it was. Not the big time any more. And I worked the big time, baby (see US career details).

10. If I relinguish the morning show at CFRB I may be able to secure a cool syndication deal.
