Frankly Mike, I think you're being unfair. Moses is very much like Allan Waters only without The Ego. Both men had a knack of usually hiring and developing Great People, showing them what needed to be done but not how to do it.
Certainly there were more than a few Culture Clashes between Radio and TV, particularly in the early days, and as co-executive producer on the Music Simulcasts with Moses I was in the middle of more than a few of them but.... The City-TV Magic was very much "Moses".
