CBC Listeners brighter? Maybe. Personally, I'd even say most likely.

Screen the callers more carefully on CCCU? Yes, they do. Yeah, some bad ones get through, but, you call in, get a screener, talk about what you want to talk about. They call you back when they're ready for you. Or not.
