CIGM was a trade between Rogers and I believe Newcap. Newcap got Sudbury and Rogers got a station out on the east coast.

The staff knew for many months prior they were going to be gone. Rogers was quite good in the severance dept. From what I heard most left quite satisfied with their packages.
