CFRB has a transmitter site almost to Oakville and a night-time directional pattern that aims at Toronto and doesn't send much power anywhere else.
As for CIAO in Brampton, they have a transmitter site South of Georgetown, halfway to the 401. Their daytime pattern favours East, but they are only 1000 watts. At night, they are non-directional with 250 watts.
