What's the point of your question?
Every business has it's "scandals," whether they become public or not.
Having spent part of four decades in that company, I am aware of many but they aren't worthy of publication.
They didn't involve financial doings, except maybe for one and that quickly was dealt with.
The history of CHUM is pretty transparent.
