I feel for Marilyn.
She had one of the most successful shows on television in Toronto and syndicated across Canada on the CHUM television network.
She's been off the small screen for so long now, the momentum has been lost.
Had she moved from City to a new show on CTV within weeks, that momentum could have been maintained.
It's often been said in media that if you're off the air for more than three weeks, you are forgotten.
And knowing her, I'm pretty sure she isn't happy doing the "shilling" bit but hey, a buck is a buck these days.
