Gotta disagree with ya on that one...taxes go to improve public service or cut the deficit..(ehealth and adscam excepted)...this doe is going to line the pockets of rich corporations...
It sad but taxes are more hated by the masses than fees that go to fatcats...sure some communications guru told the cable cos to call it a tax to get the public even more riled up
