Since almost half the population of Toronto is not Christian, I wonder what the negative fallout of all-Christmas music is. The PPMs will not track most of these people, as they only have cell phones, not home lines, so can't be reached to participate.

Well, if both sentences are true, then there is no immediate negative ratings fallout.
