Ribbing will result from a miss-placed poppy.
However a Round for the Mess will result from any gentleman who forgets to remove his head-dress on entering the Mess or Legion Hall.
On Remembrance Day that could cost a bundle!
It's like a poppy. Done each and every time you enter the Mess and in memory of those who have fallen from your particular unit and Mess.
