Anyone know if that Monty Python series starting tonight on Bravo is going to be repeated anywhere? Even if it didn't conflict with Mad Men tomorrow, I just don't have 6 hours to spare (and no, I don't have a PVR and my video equipment is needed for other matters this weekend). Is there anything in this series that I haven't already read in every book published since the 70s? And I have the DVDs of At Last the 1948 Show and Do Not Adjust Your Set. Just curious...or will be out on DVD as well?

Out on DVD Tuesday, I understand. Saw some of it tonight and lots of the same stories that I've heard or read about before. Though always funny to hear John Cleese talk about the change of the family name from "Cheese". Six hours devoted to analyzing Python seems a lot especially with the amount of commercials that Bravo was running tonight.

Make that more like seven and a half hours. And I take it back..it's all fabulous stuff, at least what we watched tonight, which was last night's show till the tape ran out at 2'03 (yeah, I thought all the showings were 2 hours but they're two and a half). Looks as if I'll have to buy the dvd. Next month, when it shows up on Amazon.com as a "used, review copy" for 9 bucks. The Pythons would approve.
