I've been running into the same issues. I've been trying to get a black crescent fresh shirt for months, to no avail. Cdstreet.com is completely useless. No one ever answers the phone, and no one returns phone calls either. Half the time the phone doesn't seem to work either. I've tried every way I can figure out to contact someone about merchandise, and it just never works :(
